Summary of Qualifications:
- Project management of business transitions, process improvement, leadership development and innovation initiatives, spanning from teams of a dozen members, to initiatives for 10,000 employees worldwide
- Design and support for transition programs, starting with strategic planning, and working to implementation, including day-to-day operations redesign, team building, and personal coaching
- Design, development, and facilitation of large group work sessions, train-the-trainer sessions, and certification programs
- Relationship building at all levels of the organization, including the CEO and General Manager level, as well as project execution and customer contact point
